内 容 简 介
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱去乙酰基团后的物质，又称脱乙酰甲壳素、几丁聚糖、甲壳胺等。食品级壳聚糖采用深海阿拉斯加雪蟹壳为原料，100%无污染，安全可靠。
性状：
外观为灰白色，无毒、无味、有珠光色彩的片状或粉状固体，于185°C分解。不溶于水和一般有机溶剂，可溶于稀盐酸、醋酸等多种无机酸和有机酸。
主要用途：
壳聚糖是自然界带阳离子的天然活性多糖，是继蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、矿物质、维生素以外的“人体第六生命要素’，可广泛运用在食品、医药、保健、化工等多个领域。
食品领域：可作为增稠剂，果蔬保鲜剂、果汁果酒澄清剂、中药絮凝澄清剂、饮用水净化剂、食品发酵液絮凝剂等。
医药、保健品领域：具有提高免疫力、降血脂、降血压、调节血糖、抗衰老，改善酸性体质等多种功能,并可用于膜材料和医用材料等。
化工领域：
a.烟草领域：壳聚糖是性能良好的烟草薄片胶，具有改善口感，燃烧无毒无异味等特点。
b.轻纺领域：用于织物整理、保健内衣等。
c.化妆品领域：具有优良的保湿功能。

Character:
Off-white, innocuous, flavorless, pearly color schistic or powdery, dissolved at 185°C. Insoluble in ** and organic solvents, but soluble in inorganic and organic acid such as dilute acid, acetic acid, and so on.
Applications:
Chitosan is the only natural active polysaccharide with cationic, and called the Six Element of Life after Protein, Fat, sugar, mineral and vitamin, can be widely used in Food, Medicine, Health Care, Chemical Engineering, etc.
In Food Field: Thickening agent, fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping agent, juice and fruit wine clarifying agent, Chinese medicine flocculation clarifying agent, ** purifying agent, food zymotic fluid flocculating agent, etc.
In Medicine & Health Care Field: Chitosan has the effects of improving the immunity, guarding against hypertension, regulating blood sugar, anti-ageing, enhancing acid constitution,etc,also can be used in membrane materials ,medical materials,etc.
In Chemical Engineering Field:
