Extrusion Principle
脂质体挤出的原理在于，通过一定的挤出动力源将脂质体样品粒子进行挤压，使其在一定压力条件下通过PC滤膜， 此压力作为粒子过膜过程中的剪切力可使其达到粒径控制的效果。不论形态、大小和分布都可得到极大改善。
The principle of liposome extrusion is that the particles of liposome sample are extruded by a certain extrusion power source to pass through the PC membrane under a certain pressure.
