甲磺酸酚妥拉明Phentolamine mesylate：主要用作α肾上腺素受体阻滞药，通过阻断α-受体和间接激动β-受体，迅速使周围血管扩张，可显著降低外周血管阻力，增加周围血容量，改善微循环。本品对心脏有兴奋作用，使心肌收缩力增加、心率加快、心输出量增加。临床主要用于治疗肺充血或肺水肿的急性心力衰竭、血管痉挛性疾病、手足发绀症、感性中毒性休克及嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断试验等，亦用于室性早搏。It is mainly used as an α-adrenergic receptor blocker. By blocking α-receptors and indirectly stimulating β-receptors, it rapidly dilates peripheral blood vessels, significantly reduces peripheral vascular resistance, increases peripheral blood volume, and improves microcirculation. This product has an exciting effect on the heart, increasing myocardial contractility, heart rate, and cardiac output. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of acute heart failure due to pulmonary congestion or pulmonary edema, vasospasm diseases, acrocyanosis, sensory toxic shock and diagnostic tests of pheochromocytoma. It is also used for premature ventricular contractions.
