CAS113R型半自动切换供气装置是采用主供气和备用气之间设定压力差进行自动切换，从而实现不间断供气；适用于高纯气体、标准气体、一般腐蚀性气体等。
The CAS113R semi-automatic switching gas supply device automatically switches between the main gas supply and the backup gas based on a set pressure difference, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply. It is suitable for high-purity gases, standard gases, and general corrosive gases, etc.
