Usage: Reactor is a closed vessel, which is used to perform a chemical reaction, distillation, crystallization, mixing, and isolation of materials etc. This is specially designed equipment with agitator and gearbox with electrical motor. Agitator is used for proper mixing, eddy formation, Vortex formation as per requirement. Agitator types are decided based on process requirement. Jacket / limpet coil is used for maintaining reaction conditions by providing utilities like steam, chilled water, cooling water, chilled brine and hot water. Solids are charged into reactor through Manhole / Nozzles manually and liquids are charged in to reactor by liquid transfer pipelines connected to reactor or manually through dosing flask. Solution or slurry is discharged from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or by pump, through bottom discharge valve.
Structure: The reactor is vertical type shell structure, top head and bottom end are the dish / ellipse head, the shell and the bottom end have the jacket and insulation layer with the mechanical mixer / magnetic mixer / pneumatic mixer.
Feature
1. Jacket can used the different media, like steam, chiller, cooling water, heating transfer oil etc. For the different process.
2. Contact material parts all mirror polish, it can fit to GMP.
3. Outside jacket, it can be use different insulation material, like PUF, glass Wool, Mineral Wool, AlSiO3 material etc. cladding ss sheet.
4. According to the different process, our company use the different types mechanical seal for the reactor.
5. Different inside baffle design for the different process. 6. Different type mixers for the different process.
